Research and evaluation

We offer a range of research and evaluation services to understand and improve programs so they can be effective for the people they serve. Our work is grounded in implementation science and rapid cycle methods. We specialize in qualitative methods such as descriptive case studies, focus groups, and in-depth interviews. We use collaborative approaches that involve program leaders, staff, and clients or program participants in the research process.

Implementation support and capacity building

We use innovative, collaborative methods to strengthen, scale, and sustain promising and evidence-based strategies to improve programs and achieve impact. Drawing on deep knowledge of implementation science and decades of experience with implementation research and practice, we help implement a new change or strengthen an existing practice in ways that embed lasting change. We know that investing in people to create, launch, and sustain practices and processes leads to evidence-driven and impactful change. We draw from behavioral science-informed practice to help get people invested in change and build openness and capacities to learn and improve.
